There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check-in via a cash deposit. Guests are required to leave a fixed amount of 5,000THB (STUDIO 60 sq.m) or 10,000THB (2 BEDROOM 120 sq.m). 

All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure in case there is no damage to the property caused by the guest. The guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the equipment and technical devices due to their fault.

Electricity, water, and cleaning are not included in the price. Electricity is 8 THB per kW and water is 600 THB per month (STUDIO) and 950 THB per month (2 BEDROOM). 

If you would like to have a cleaning service the price is 1200THB-1800THB (per time) that includes changing of linen. Cleaning Service (no linen change) is 600THB-800THB (per time).
